Lodging Information
Lodging is provided by the Northern Michigan College dormitories. Single and double rooms are available in two room suites. Bring your own towels and pillows; bed linens are provided. Prices are listed above for an optional meal plan at the NMC cafeteria. Many restaurants and shops are close by for alternative dining options.
Getting to Traverse City

The Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City (TVC) is served by American Airlines, Northwest Airlines, and United Airlines.
Transportation from and to the airport will be provided. Please let us know your flight schedule.

Planning Your Trip
Please arrive on August 5th, depart on August 14th. If your travel plans take you through Detroit you may wish to consider attending Isabelle Perrin's solo recital on August 4th, 8pm, at the Nardin Park United Methodist Church (Farmington Hills, MI). If you need to arrive a day early or leave a day late, please be aware that you will be charged more for the extra day of lodging, and that harps may not be available for practice.
Practicing
Practice time is available throughout every day. Practice rooms are in the same building as the lessons. Some harps will be provided for shared use, but students are strongly encouraged to bring their own harps to ensure ample practice time for all. For those who cannot bring their own harp, but would like to secure a harp for their personal use during the workshop, some harps may be available to rent, depending on availability in the community.
