Planning Your Trip
Please arrive on August 10th, depart on August 19th. If you need to arrive a day early or leave a day late, please be aware that you will be charged more for the extra day of lodging, and that harps may not be available for practice.
Venue
All lessons, as well as the final concerts, will take place at the Central United Methodist Church at 222 Cass St., in downtown Traverse City. Practice rooms are also located in the church.
Practicing
Practice time is available throughout every day. Practice rooms are in the same building as the lessons. Some harps will be provided for shared use, but students are strongly encouraged to bring their own harps to ensure ample practice time for all. For those who cannot bring their own harp, but would like to secure a harp for their personal use during the workshop, some harps may be available to rent, depending on availability in the community.
